DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

e-technology, through an established Domestic and Global network, will locate certain types of technical contractors that are known to be in high demand and short supply.

These specialists will be presented to our clients as candidates to be considered for both present and future needs. Our success ratio in finding suitable candidates is in the range of 90%.

Our ability to negotiate successfully with suitable candidates will depend somewhat on our clients however, when we are able to present a competitive offer we are able to secure the services of approximately 80% of the client approved candidates.

Candidates then report to our client's office for the duration of the project for which they were hired. Because of their high level of technical expertise our candidates are typically the first to be hired onto the project and remain, in most cases, engaged through project completion. Production levels from our contractors are higher than average, and our clients nearly always retain them whenever their project workload permits.

e-technology ensures all of its contractors are treated as valuable employees. We continually remind them they are also our clients. We know their expectations and always meet and often exceed them. Our ability to find and retain these individuals creates a winning formula for all parties.
