Description:	Under direct supervision, performs layout and design work from the basic data supplied. Applies advanced level techniques in computer design and standard design applications. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 7 years related experience or an undergraduate degree and 5 years.
