Many of you will already know Doug, he's been a regular fixture in the Houston recruitment market for some time and is undoubtedly one of Houston's top recruiters. His experience and unquestionable pedigree will play a major role in the continuing growth of the company. Our market conditions are very challenging with a shortage of qualified personnel far greater than we could ever have foreseen. Bullpen recruitment driven by percentages (e.g. how many resume submittal's are required to generate one new hire), actually generate little if any value to our customers, contractors, or ourselves.
